Chest:
Lay a favorite shirt flat and measure across the chest just below the sleeves.
Double that number to get the full chest size.
Body Length:
Measure from the highest point on the shoulder to the bottom hem.
Sleeve Length:
Measure from the center back of the neck to the end of the sleeve.
