Return & Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping with Old Route One LLC! Because our products are made-to-order (printed specifically for each customer), we handle returns a bit differently than big-box retailers. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Items (Print on Demand)
All of our t-shirts are printed on demand after you place your order. For that reason:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference (for example: “I don’t like the fit/color as much as I expected”).

If you’re unsure about sizing, please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right.
To qualify for a free replacement or refund:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

Your order number

A clear photo of the issue (and the packaging, if damaged)

A brief description of what’s wrong

Once approved, we will typically offer one of the following at our discretion:

A free replacement, or
-
A refund (full or partial, depending on the issue)

Exchanges
Because items are printed on demand, we generally do not offer traditional exchanges (for example, swapping sizes/colors).
However, if we made an error (wrong item, misprint, etc.), we will replace it at no cost.
Returns (If Approved)
If a return is approved (rare and typically only for defects/errors):

We’ll provide return instructions.

Items must be unused/unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time varies by bank/payment provider, but is typically 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless required by law or the item is defective/incorrect).

If the issue is our fault (defect/incorrect item), we cover replacement shipping.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders move into production quickly, we can only guarantee changes/cancellations within a short window.

Requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order.

After production begins, we can’t cancel or modify the order (including address changes).
If you entered an incorrect shipping address:

If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to replace it.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can’t find it:

Please check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier first.

If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help you investigate.
We are not responsible for:

Packages marked delivered to the provided address

Theft after delivery

Delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses
Final Sale Items
Any items marked Final Sale (if applicable) are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
